• Your name, email address, and mobile number (provided during purchase).
• Your responses to the personality and communication assessment.
• Your conversations with the AI Coach and your progress data.
• Payment transaction details (processed securely via PhonePe).
• Device and usage data necessary to provide and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Create and personalize your communication blueprint, audiobook, and coaching plan.
• Provide AI coaching that remembers your patterns and situations.
• Process payments and deliver access to your account.
• Send you daily guidance, progress updates, and support communications.
• Improve our system and develop new features.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Payment information is processed by PhonePe and is never stored on our servers. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. Your assessment responses and AI coach conversations are tied to your account and are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (Supabase for data storage, PhonePe for payments, OpenAI/Gemini for AI processing) under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time within the app.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of promotional communications at any time.
